Yakimodo is an important and responsible procedure for heating steel to 800 degrees and then abruptly cooling in cold water, thereby “hardening of steel” occurs. After this procedure, the steel is heated again to 200 degrees and then the part is gradually cooled to normal temperature, the so—called release – stress relief from the metal.
